Sales Operations Manager

About This Role

This role involves leading sales operations, focusing on order management processes from creation to fulfillment, and driving initiatives to improve online presence and customer engagement. It suits a results-oriented leader with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of managing large teams in remote and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess complex problems for the area of responsibility
• Create solutions in situations requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals
• Interact with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach
• Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
• Manage large to medium-sized teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture

Requirements

• Any Graduation
• 13 to 18 years of experience
• Exceptional leadership, team-building and motivational skills
• Substantial experience in the technology (High Tech and Software) sector, driving initiatives that improved online presence and customer engagement on a global scale
• Result-oriented leader managing teams of 150+ HC working in remote and hybrid environments
• Deep expertise in managing sales operations back office processes with knowledge of operations processes, tools and technology
• Successfully navigated and collaborated across diverse cultural landscapes in Americas, Europe and AsiaPacific, enhancing cross-border teamwork and communication
• Proven record in complex problem solving and executive escalation management
• Strong analytical and logical skills to interpret metrics and drive actionable insights
• Fostering teams with a mindset of innovation, out-of-the-box approach and use of technology
• Overall experience 15+ years with 8+ years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, preferably in a GBS or a BPO organization
