About This Role

This sales operations role ensures the accuracy and timeliness of all sales and business reports, views, dashboards, and user data. It involves implementing new reports, training end users on processes, and providing business continuity support related to sales forecasts. The position suits a candidate with strong analytical skills who can interpret complex data sets and contribute to key business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Work within controls to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all sales and business reports, views, dashboards, and user data, such as KPI reports, sales booking/revenue numbers, including commits, targets, overrides and disconnects
• Implement new business reports within the established reporting framework, policies and procedures
• Train and support end users on accessing of reports as required
• Support sales and business processes, standards & tools for sales
• Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. used to drive key business decisions
• Train and support end users on business processes and policies
• Provide business continuity support for any issues related to sales processes, forecasts, etc.
• Provide customized ad-hoc reports as requested by management by extracting data from internal databases
• Summarize data in business and financial terms for management, executives and other stakeholders
