城市包分层与人岗匹配：制定迭代城市包分层评分模型，并根据业务优先级分层，输出人岗匹配建议
销售绩效考核体系设计与运营：制定销售预算规划，负责渠道经理与省域经理的绩效考核方案设计
绩效考核复盘：区分渠道经理与省域经理的考核差异化，通过复盘洞察发现问题并持续迭代分层及考核规则合理性，优化人岗匹配及绩效成本效率
销售绩效管理及能力建设：完成方案生产决策、发布并联动数据产品建设，通过销售管理绩效追踪及管理推动尾部销售绩效整改及闭环；
职位要求
• 累计经验技能：本科及以上学历，8年以上销售运营、绩效考核或相关领域工作经验；优秀的数据分析、提炼关键问题的能力；
• 底层能力：具备体系化思维，能在"点状解决问题"和"系统性建机制"之间找到平衡；规则意识强，善于在复杂利益关系中找到公平且可执行的治理方案；数据敏感度高，能从数据中发现问题并快速定位根因；抗压能力强，适应业务快速变化和高频迭代的节奏
• 跨团队沟通与协调能力，能推动方案在业务侧落地执行
• 加分项，代理商/渠道管理相关经验、熟悉SQL或Python等数据分析工具者优先；
