A Day in the Life of a Sales Operations Support Specialist
The Sales Operations Support Specialist is a centralized support point of contact for financial service professionals. This position is responsible for providing product, process, and procedural support via telephone, chat, and email. Skill sets served include but are not limited to customer service skills, previous experience in the financial services industry, or prior contact center experience. If you have a passion for problem solving and helping others, this is the perfect opportunity for a highly rewarding career.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer inbound telephone interactions from financial producers
- Provide sales and product support for Life, Annuity, and Investment products
- Act as liaison between producers and back-office operations
- Provide user support for sales systems and applications
- Respond to producer’s requests for marketing materials and inquiries
