About This Role
Managing the operations of a taxi sales office is the core of this full-time position, which includes labor management, administrative tasks, and assisting with dispatch operations. The role is suitable for someone who is organized and can handle various office duties, even without prior experience in the taxi industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage labor, including employee attendance
- Perform administrative management, including sales management and settlement operations
- Handle general office duties such as telephone reception and assisting with dispatch operations
Requirements
- Age limit: up to 64 years old (due to mandatory retirement at 65)
- Basic PC skills: Excel and Word input
- Ordinary driver's license (AT limited allowed)

Important Details
- Schedule: Variable working hours system (1-year unit), 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- Overtime: Average 27 hours per month, with special provisions for up to 80 hours per month (6 times a year) and 720 hours per year in cases of increased demand or unexpected settlement issues
- Break time: 60 minutes
- Annual holidays: 79 days
- Days off: 6-7 days per month (irregular days)
- Paid annual leave: 10 days after 6 months of employment
- Contract: Permanent
- Probation period: 2 months, with same working conditions
