About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead showroom sales teams, drive sales performance and deliver an excellent customer experience. You will be responsible for managing assigned showroom, coaching Sales Consultants, improving conversion rates and ensuring the team consistently achieves its sales targets.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: $6,000 – $8,000 per month + commission scheme
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily sales operations for an assigned showroom
- Manage, motivate and coach a team of Sales Consultants
- Drive showroom sales performance and monthly sales targets
- Monitor leads and ensure timely and effective customer follow-up
- Improve customer engagement and sales conversion rates
- Oversee test drive arrangements and showroom customer experience
- Monitor team attendance, discipline and operational standards
- Recruit, train and develop high-performing sales talent
- Track individual and team performance and identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with marketing and management teams on lead-generation initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience
- Prior sales leadership or team management experience is preferred
- Strong understanding of automotive showroom operations
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Good knowledge of customer conversion and lead management
- Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills
- Results-driven with the ability to perform in a target-oriented environment
