About the role
Position: Sales Manager/ Assistant Manager (Residential)
We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager to join the team of Residential Sales. You will drive sales performance for premium residential developments, manage client relationships, and lead transaction processes from pitching through to closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales velocity and achieve revenue targets for primary or luxury residential projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), and real estate agencies; Conduct property viewings, present marketing collateral, and negotiate contract terms to closing.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and buyer behavior to refine sales strategy.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies on promotional launches and events
Requirements
- Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 5-6+ years of experience in residential property sales (title offered will depend on experience).
- Valid Estate Agent License (EAA) preferred.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and closing skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
