Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries related to Domestic Travel Insurance. The candidate will be responsible for explaining insurance coverage, addressing customer concerns, and providing accurate information to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Explain Domestic Travel Insurance products, benefits, terms, and coverage to clients.
- Handle and resolve customer queries related to policy coverage and benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information regarding travel insurance.
- Assist customers with policy-related queries and provide timely support.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams whenever required to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and queries.
- Ensure professional and timely communication with customers.
- Provide a high level of customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
Candidate Profile
- 1- 2+ years of experience in General Insurance / Insurance Sales / Customer Service.
- Candidates from a General Insurance Sales background will be preferred.
- Health Insurance and Travel Insurance experience is highly recommended.
- Good knowledge of insurance products, particularly travel insurance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to clearly explain policy coverage and benefits to customers.
- Customer-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple queries.
