Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business through the Agency channel.
- Recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors/agents.
- Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Develop strong relationships with agents and customers.
- Ensure regular activation and productivity of the agency force.
- Conduct market visits and identify new business opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Health Insurance, Life Insurance, General Insurance, BFSI, Banking, or Financial Sales.
- Experience in Agency Channel will be preferred.
- Strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in field sales.
