Sales Manager

About This Role

This sales manager position oversees market sales management for Philips' health and wellness consumer products in the Northwest region. The role involves developing new channels, expanding gift market business, and managing distributors to achieve sales targets. It suits a professional with strong experience in sales and channel management.

Responsibilities

• Distributor management:
• Closely communicate with distributors and follow up on monthly purchase plans
• Manage PSI, BE, and F2P
• Monitor the progress of distributor budget expenses, verify account reconciliation, and follow up
• Retail management:
• Implement promotional activities, provide on-site support, give feedback on activity effectiveness, evaluate, and summarize reimbursement vouchers
• Negotiate counter locations and communicate rental costs
• Develop and maintain new channels
• Expense management:
• Strictly control expenses and resources to ensure operations comply with financial processes
• Promote the progress of A&P/Margin expense verification
• Collect verification data (promotion agreements, sales data, activity results, etc.)
• Retail team management:
• Train and guide the retail supervisor and promoter team to improve work quality and build an efficient team

Requirements

• College degree or above
• 8+ years of sales management experience
• Background in large fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), daily chemicals, or home appliance brands, familiar with channels such as supermarkets or department stores, and strong distributor management experience
• Market management experience in the Northwest region, including Shaanxi Province
• Strong market analysis, marketing planning, and execution skills

Important Details

• Work format: In-person at least 4 days per week for office-based teams
