- Team Leadership & Ownership: Take active ownership to lead, recruit, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure high productivity and run the department independently.
- Target & Revenue Achievement: Set monthly/annual sales targets in coordination with management and ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds revenue goals.
- Lead Generation & Business Development: Drive lead generation through digital, traditional, and networking channels, converting prospects into successful sales.
- Client & Key Account Management: Build strong rapport with prospective buyers, consultants, and key clients through frequent meetings to understand their specific needs.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing: Prepare competitive sales proposals, lead high-level negotiations, and close deals ensuring a smooth transaction process.
- Marketing & Brand Strategy: Collaborate with marketing teams to design effective campaigns, establish brand presence, and identify new business opportunities.
- Market Intelligence & Pricing: Monitor industry trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities to set competitive pricing and stay ahead in the market.
- Reporting & Operations: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, manage budgets, maintain an up-to-date sales database, and present performance metrics to executive management.
