This full-time Sales Lead position at Famous Footwear is for someone passionate about providing an excellent shoe store experience for every customer. Responsibilities

• Inspire teammates with integrity and drive, fostering a culture of caring and camaraderie
• Infuse coaching moments for selling behaviors behind Customer Connection
• Take accountability for goals and their impact on Famous Footwear’s overall performance
• Drive sales with purpose and determination to achieve goals
• Understand the store's operations, including pricing and inventory
• Handle opening and closing procedures, keeping the store clean, organized, and shoppable
• Adhere to company policies and utilize partners and resources to accomplish tasks
• Champion the Famous culture by embodying behaviors that power Customer Connection
• Provide top-notch customer experiences powered by attentiveness and determination to deliver desired styles and brands

• Help customers find the perfect styles and ensure they leave with the perfect fit
