Job Description Urgent Hiring: Sales (Hunter) Contract Logistics

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities in Contract Logistics, including Warehouse Management and Transportation Services
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, cold calling, client visits, presentations, proposals, negotiation, and closing
- Understand customer requirements and develop customized logistics solutions with the Operations team
- Achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business analysis
- Build long-term customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 7-10 years of sales experience in Contract Logistics, Warehouse Management, Transportation, or related solutions
- Strong Hunter mindset with proven experience in acquiring new customers
- Strong knowledge of logistics, warehousing, distribution, and transportation operations
- Strong network, especially in Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, E-commerce, or related industries
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Fluent in Thai and English
