This sales program for high school graduates offers three qualifications in three years, combining retail training with advanced business studies. It is designed for enthusiastic and responsible individuals eager to enter the dynamic retail world and quickly advance to a store management position.
Responsibilities
- Achieve three qualifications in three years: "Retail Salesperson", "Certified Retail Business Manager IHK", and the "AdA-Schein" according to AEVO, with the goal of leading your own team as a store manager
- Learn the business from the ground up during practical phases in the store, focusing on quality, freshness, and cleanliness to ensure a successful shopping experience
- Actively participate in tasks such as stocking and presenting merchandise, inventory management, and cashier duties
- Receive training in employee leadership to prepare for taking on your first shift as a manager
- Participate in various training courses and seminars to further develop your skills, including obtaining the IHK trainer certification
- Attend theoretical phases in block instruction at an external educational center (Lidl covers any travel/accommodation costs)
Requirements
- Abitur (German high school diploma) or Fachhochschulreife (advanced technical college entrance qualification), with both theoretical and practical parts completed
- Engaged work style and enthusiasm for the dynamic world of retail
- Enthusiasm, determination, and a high sense of responsibility
- Team spirit and enjoyment of achieving goals together with others
- Reliability and time flexibility within your store's opening hours
