About This Role

Sales Generalists are sought to join a new store opening, where they will be among the first members of the team. This role is ideal for second-generation new graduates looking to rebuild their careers, offering a chance to work in a growing company with stable income and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Propose car sales to来店ing customers (Sales)
• Handle car purchasing, appraisal, and negotiation with来店ing customers (Purchasing)
• Listen to customer requests
• Propose products and services
• Improve store layout and create POP displays
• Work to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

• No academic or work history requirements
• Welcoming new graduates, those new to the workforce, and second-generation new graduates
• Enjoy talking to people and working in a team
• Want to build a career as a permanent employee
• Must have a regular driver's license (AT limited allowed)
