Position: Salesforce Technical Lead ( Only Product based Company)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Salesforce application development and technical delivery.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and customize Salesforce using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, Process Builder, and integrations.
- Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations.
- Work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor developers, and lead Agile project delivery.
- Utilize Salesforce Einstein, GPT, and AI tools to enhance business processes and customer experience.
- Design scalable application solutions and represent offshore teams.
Mandatory Skills:
- Software Development experience.
Salesforce Development experience.
- Lightning Web Components (LWC) experience.
- Technical Lead experience.
- ChatGPT / Prompt Engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Customization, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Process Builder, Reports & Dashboards.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, SFDC Objects, Security & Sharing Models.
- Experience in requirement elicitation, stakeholder management, and Agile methodology.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce Architect Certification.
- Health Cloud experience.
- Salesforce Einstein & GPT.
- Python or Node.js.
- Jenkins, GitHub, DevOps pipelines.
- JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS, jQuery, CSS).
- Metadata API / Tooling API experience.
- Sales & Service Cloud Certifications.
