Sales Finance Analyst - JD

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to drive joint value creation, supporting portfolio strategy, assortment optimization, and promotional planning.
• Lead financial analysis on pricing, trade investments, and promotional activities, providing recommendations to maximize sales growth, profitability, and return on investment.
• Own business performance tracking and P&L analysis, identifying risks and opportunities to drive sustainable business growth.
• Drive business planning, forecasting, and target delivery through close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
• Champion cash productivity by optimizing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), accounts receivable, and working capital performance.
• Ensure effective budget management, compliance, and strong internal controls while enabling agile and data-driven business decisions.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related disciplines; strong English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to build strong partnerships and influence across functions.
• High learning agility and intellectual curiosity, with a proven ability to quickly adapt to new challenges and continuously develop new capabilities.
• Strong business acumen and passion for understanding consumer, customer, and e-commerce business dynamics.
