Responsibilities
- Customer outreach and education about Jibu water and our products
- Ask for feedback on provided products and resolve clients complaints
- Inform customers on new products and services
- Generate leads, enter customer information and any other data into a database
- Execution of sales and marketing activities in your territory
- Direct field sales to customers including households, businesses and retailers
- Manage customer relationships, including visits to their homes or workplaces to gather feedback
