Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive who can manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to deal negotiation and closure. The candidate should have a good understanding of the real estate market, property documentation, and client relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through various channels such as networking, digital marketing, property portals, and referrals.
- Handle client inquiries and understand their property requirements.
- Conduct site visits, property inspections, and presentations to clients.
- Negotiate with clients and property owners to finalize sales or lease agreements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current property listings, market trends, and competitive projects.
- Coordinate with legal and documentation teams to ensure smooth deal closure.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and maintain client databases.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline (Real Estate, Marketing, or Commerce preferred).
- 1 to 6 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing (commercial/residential/industrial).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Proven record in lead generation and deal closure.
- Sound understanding of local property laws and documentation processes.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented professional.
