Job Summary
The Sales Executive supports the B2C Sales Team in achieving sales targets, strengthening dealer relationships, and improving sell-out performance within the assigned territory. The role assists in monitoring market conditions, preparing reports, and implementing sales initiatives to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related 4-year business course
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proactive, responsible, and self-disciplined
- Willing to learn and support sales operations and field activities
- Experience in the HVAC or air conditioning industry is an advantage
- Ability to contribute ideas and initiatives for sales improvement

Key Responsibilities
- Support the achievement of sales targets within the assigned territory
- Assist in strengthening sell-out performance among key B2C dealers
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance updates
- Coordinate with dealers and internal stakeholders to support sales activities
- Provide timely market feedback and business insights to management
- Recommend and support initiatives to improve sales performance
