About the role
The company is a well-established multinational organization and is currently seeking a motivated and results-driven candidate to join as a Sales Executive . This position will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets while working closely with customers and internal teams.
Location: Bangkok
Working Hours: Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts.
- Visit customers to understand their business needs and present suitable solutions.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients.
- Manage the sales cycle, including lead generation, customer follow-up, and contract acquisition.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, update CRM records, and report progress to management.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in any industry.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Driving license is an advantage (personal vehicle is not required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive, service-minded, and professional attitude.
