About the role
- Position : Sales Executive (B2B / Inside Sales)
- Location : Sin Ming Lane
- Working hours : Monday to Thursday: 9am to 6.30pm | Friday: 9am to 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross up to $4,500 or more (Basic up to $3,200 + Sales Commission (Average $1,000+ per month, subject to performance) + Variable Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits

- Industry : B2B Import / Export – Copiers, Parts & Consumables
Main Responsibilities
- Develop new B2B business opportunities through phone, email and online channels.
- Follow up with local and overseas customers and prospects.
- Manage existing accounts and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare quotations and handle sales enquiries through to order confirmation.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Work towards assigned sales targets and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Minimum O-Level, Nitec, Diploma or equivalent.
- Sales, business development or customer-facing experience preferred.
- B2B sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- No driving licence or vehicle required.
- Product and sales training will be provided.
