About the role
A 5-star luxury hotel in Kuwait is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its Sales & Marketing team. The successful candidate will drive business development efforts, build client relationships, and support the hotel's overall commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across relevant market segments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and leisure clients
- Conduct sales calls, client visits, and site inspections
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales reports
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities
- Represent the hotel at industry events and networking opportunities
Requirements
- Female candidate
- Arabic speaker
- Must have relevant experience in a hotel sales role
- Must be a local candidate with a valid driving licence and own car
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
