Job Description: Sales Executive – NPS Sales via Webinar (HDFC CPA)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our HDFC CPA team focused on selling National Pension System (NPS) products through webinars and video calls. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively and close sales remotely. This role involves working in a day shift with one rotational week off.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations via webinar and video call to promote HDFC CPA NPS products.
Explain product features, benefits, and investment options clearly to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their retirement planning goals.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets consistently.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to optimize sales strategies and webinar effectiveness.
Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence customers effectively.
Experience in sales, preferably in financial products or services.
Comfortable and confident conducting sales through webinars and video calls.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using webinar platforms and video conferencing tools.
Basic knowledge of National Pension System (NPS) or willingness to learn.
