Gard Inc Sdn Bhd. is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Taman Ekoperniagaan, Johor. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients in the air solution and environmental system industry. This is a full-time position that offers excellent career development opportunities.
What you'll be doing
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the target market
- Provide technical expertise and solutions to customers to help them achieve their business objectives
- Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to develop and improve product offerings
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of sales engineering experiences
- Strong technical background
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients in both in English and Mandarin languages
