Our client, a leading provider of complete industrial automation solutions, is hiring a Sales Engineer. This role is responsible for the realization of sales targets consistent with business strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Quotation preparation works including entry in CRM tool and takes responsibility for all bid costing and their accuracy
- Develop good relationship with customers
- Plan and execute sales and marketing activities in order to meet order intake, net sales and gross margin targets
- Initiate and coordinate market information and requirement for feedback business development to improve competitiveness
- Organise marketing activities in support of the company's marketing effort to ensure maximum future sales quota
- Co-ordinate with the purchasing/logistics team regarding all order processing to ensure on-time delivery of goods to customers
- Organise and coordinate products, systems and technical trainings for customers and partners through close coordination with HQ and divisions
- Track and report current and future sales opportunities on a monthly basis to the sub-division manager through CRM tool
- Ensure quality and accuracy of bid document sent to customers
About you
- Diploma Degree in the relevant expertise/technical competencies
- 1-3 years exposure to variety of business types: system/solution/project/product in sales and marketing in the related industry
- English Language proficiency
