Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual sales strategies and business growth plans
• Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to ensure sales targets are met
• Acquire new clients and maintain relationships with key accounts and strategic partners
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape
• Lead negotiations with key clients and the signing of major sales contracts
• Optimize sales processes to enhance team efficiency and customer conversion rates
• Collaborate closely with marketing, business development, and operations departments
• Report sales performance and market developments to senior management on a regular basis

Requirements

• Experience in sales management, business development, or a related industry
• Over 12 years of experience in leading and managing sales teams
• Strong capabilities in sales strategic planning, business negotiation, and market analysis
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing major client accounts
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
• Ability to independently formulate sales plans and effectively drive their execution
