Sales Director

About This Role

Sales Director is a full-time, on-site role that leads and scales the company’s sales organization. This position oversees daily sales operations, manages sales teams, and sets performance targets, ensuring consistent execution of sales processes. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, driving new business development, and cultivating strong client and partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily sales operations, including managing sales teams, setting performance targets, and ensuring consistent execution of sales processes
• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Drive new business development
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and strategic partners
• Analyze sales performance data
• Forecast revenue
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and market expansion
• Coach and mentor team members

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Business Development, including creating and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
• Strong background in Sales Operations, with experience in optimizing pipelines, forecasting, reporting, and process improvement
• Proven ability in Team Management, including leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a track record of building trusted client relationships and delivering consultative, solution-focused support
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments

Nice to have:

• Relevant experience in financial services, lending, or consulting, with knowledge of funding solutions and lending practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
