About This Role
Sales development representatives open new customer accounts and develop product proposals and sales for new and existing customers. This is a planning and development-oriented sales position, not focused on selling physical products. The role includes domestic business trips.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate new customers (food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, industrial product manufacturers)
- Propose and sell products that meet the needs of new and existing customers
Requirements
- Ordinary car driving license (automatic transmission allowed)
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of plastics (raw materials, molding methods, costs, etc.)
- Sales experience with molders

Important Details
- Age limit: up to 64 years old (due to retirement at 65)
- Trial period: 6 months, with same working conditions
- Schedule: Variable working hours system (1-year unit), 8:00 to 17:00
- Average monthly overtime: 20 hours
- Special clause for 36 agreement: new product development, complaint analysis technical work, temporary orders, production-related work due to delivery date changes, etc.
- Break time: 60 minutes
- Annual holidays: 122 days
- Days off: Sundays, other days based on company calendar, two days off per week
