Responsibilities
- Monitor and drive achievement of regional aftersales KPIs across dealer networks.
- Support the execution of aftersales strategies, improvement initiatives, and customer satisfaction programmes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas dealers and coordinate timely support with the Global Service Centre (GSC).
- Administer aftersales service agreements and ensure compliance with contractual and company requirements.
- Coordinate aftersales campaigns, presentations, promotional activities, and dealer improvement programmes.
- Gather dealer feedback, analyse market trends, and recommend process and service enhancements.
- Serve as the key coordination point for dealer aftersales enquiries and support technical issue resolution with internal stakeholders.
- Monitor service response times, warranty claims, spare parts support, and dealer performance metrics.
- Ensure prompt follow-up and closure of dealer requests, service issues, and customer complaints.
- Review and improve aftersales workflows, SOPs, work instructions, and operational documentation.
- Identify process gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions to enhance efficiency.
- Support digitalisation, automation, CRM implementation, and other aftersales system initiatives.
- Prepare KPI dashboards, management reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and action plans.
- Coordinate dealer meetings, training programmes, workshops, audits, product launches, and regional aftersales activities.
- Support departmental budgeting, compliance, audit requirements, and administrative functions.
- Travel overseas to support dealer operations, meetings, training, and service-related activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in dealer management, aftersales support, or a related function.
- Experience or knowledge of the power generation industry is highly preferred, or relevant experience in a heavy industrial environment.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel overseas frequently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
