Our Client, a leading distributor of aviation electrical interconnect products, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Sales Coordinator to provide sales and administrative support in a fast-paced aviation industry environment.
The role involves processing and coordinating customer orders, responding to customers on order status, working with the purchasing team on stock replenishment and ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support to the sales team.
- Handle all orders for the sales team and provide administrative support
- Able to respond quickly and efficiently to the customer regarding the status of their orders
- Plans and organizes with the purchaser with regards to the stock replenishment
- Ensures customers’ orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum ITE education and/or experience in sales support
- Aviation/Aerospace experience helpful but not required

- Location: Seletar
- Working Days/Hours: 5 days/Office hours, 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Salary: $3,000 Basic (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
