Greenway Kia of Franklin is hosting a Hiring Event this Monday, June 29th, 2026, and Tuesday, June 30th, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and we’re looking for car sales professionals to join our growing team.
We would like entry-level sales professionals with the following experience:
- Commission-based retail sales (electronics, furniture, appliances, etc.)
- Leasing or financing sales
- Door-to-Door Sales
- Wireless Sales
Whether you’re a seasoned sales consultant or someone looking to break into automotive sales, we want to meet you.

Requirements:
Previous automotive experience is a plus but not required for our positions. Professional sales training will be provided (at no charge to you!) using our unique "Soft Sell Method". We are on a mission to change the image of our industry. Qualified applicants should have a professional appearance, integrity and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. High-energy, positive, outgoing individuals with strong verbal communication skills and honesty and integrity will succeed!
