About This Role

Sales Consultants at Mattress Warehouse empower customers to find their perfect mattress using an exclusive diagnostic sleep system. This role is for a highly motivated and successful retail sales professional dedicated to providing exceptional service and improving customers' lives through quality sleep solutions.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress and bedding products using a proven selling process and diagnostic sleep system
• Leverage the exclusive bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system to provide personalized recommendations based on 18 measurements
• Provide customers with a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience
• Assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles
• Reset the showroom floor

Requirements

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Winning team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs

Nice to have:

• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages

Important Details

• Schedule: 4–5-day work week, between 40 and 55 hours per week
