Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
- Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
- Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
- Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what customers need
- Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple
- Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
- Assist with merchandising and operational functions
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods
- At least 18 years of age
- Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to lift 10 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time

Important Details
- Paid time off: accrues at no less than 40 hours per year for the first year, and 80 hours per year each year thereafter
Application Process
- Take a pre-hire assessment (20 minutes or less to complete)
Training Requirements
- Attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of the official start date; this class may include overnight travel at the company's expense
- Complete various online and computer-based training throughout employment with Victra
