About This Role
This sales consultant role involves prospecting, selling, and after-sales support for the operator's products and services, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives. Responsibilities
- Daily sales of products and services using prospecting techniques
- Field approaches, storefront, promenades, among others
- Daily after-sales service in-store and via tele-service
- Periodically and/or when necessary, promote products and services through digital postings, fairs, and workshops to publicize the brand and present portfolios
- Daily provide customers with secure and accurate information about product features, prices, and services
- Daily organize and maintain the appearance of the store following the pre-established standard layout process
- Ensure store organization for better product visibility, maintain brand visual identity, and identify sales strategies
Requirements
- Completed high school education
- Digital skills: proficiency with computers, cell phones, tablets, and other digital devices
- Basic level of Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in retail or telecommunications sales
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of sales prospecting techniques
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel
