Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what customers need
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods
• At least 18 years of age
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to lift 10 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Training Requirements

• Attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of the official start date; this class may include overnight travel at the company's expense
• Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout employment with Victra
