About the role
Your tasks
- Expand service product offerings for existing customers and current installations.
- Define targets from the customer list and offer follow-up suggestions according to customer conditions.
- Suggested options replacement, repair warranty, calibration, software/hardware upgrades, and training
- KPI and forecast management
Your Qualifications
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese
- Strong communication skills
- Goal-oriented mindset
- Monitoring and responding to market shifts
- Ability to develop optimal support plans based on calibration and repair history of existing equipment.
- Ability to understand the structure of core systems and extract and interpret data necessary for sales
- Capability to grasp enterprise system structure and extract and interpret data required for sales activities
- Maintain and update customer interaction records in the core system
- KPI and forecast management
