About the role
We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Sales Clerk to join our retail team. In this role, you will assist customers, maintain product displays, drive store sales, and ensure an excellent overall shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and assist them in finding products.
- Operate cash registers, process payments, and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain clean, attractive store displays.
- Monitor product inventory and report low stocks or damaged items to the store supervisor.
- Achieve daily or monthly sales targets set by management.
Job Qualifications & Requirements:
- Educational Background: At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in retail sales, merchandising, product promotion, or customer service.
- Work Schedule: Must be comfortable working a 6-day workweek with shifting schedules, including opening and closing shifts.
- Physical & Appearance Requirements: Neat personal grooming and professional appearance (no visible body tattoos and physically capable of performing regular retail tasks).
- Other Requirements: Strong interpersonal skills and positive customer-first attitude, Basic math and sales ability.
