• Manage retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems such as Millennium or similar salon software, ensuring smooth cashiering processes.
• Maintain stock levels through effective merchandising, stocking, and inventory management to ensure an appealing store presentation.
• Utilize social media management skills to promote products, share beauty tips, and engage with the community online.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, achieve sales targets, and develop strategies for increasing revenue.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person, demonstrating professionalism and positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales, cosmetology, or makeup artistry with a strong understanding of beauty & cosmetics sales.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Millennium or other salon software; experience with cashiering and retail math is preferred.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele effectively.
• Knowledge of social media management tools to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and customer relationship building capabilities.
• Ability to perform makeup applications confidently and demonstrate product demos skillfully.
• Organizational skills for stock management, merchandising, and time management to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Basic math skills for retail transactions, cash handling, and sales data analysis.
