Working as a Sales Associate or Jewelry Consultant, you will provide a superior experience to customers, helping them celebrate life and express love through fine jewelry. This role involves building lasting personal relationships and contributing to individual and team sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires
• Present merchandise and share detailed information regarding features and benefits of products
• Provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options
• Meet individual and team sales goals

Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays
• Positive, customer-focused approach in delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Strong communication and relational skills
