About This Role
Sales Associates make Verizon personal and capture customer attention in Fairfax, VA, helping turn interest into successful sign-ups while gaining valuable experience in customer support. This role simplifies complicated internet and entertainment service problems for customers, meeting them in person to explain how FiOS delivers fast internet, clear TV, and a reliable home phone without fine print.
Responsibilities
- Begin in-person customer sales conversations by introducing customers to Verizon FiOS while representing and selling Verizon FiOS
- Help customers align the right Verizon FiOS package with their home needs and complete service setup with confidence and ease
- Build strong service setup outcomes through in-person, customer-centered discussions that lead to successful sign-ups
- Deliver in-person Verizon service explanations of Verizon FiOS benefits that focus on convenience, reliability, and peace of mind during service setup
- Introduce special Verizon FiOS deals that provide solid value and open clear service sign-up opportunities
- Partner with fellow Sales Associates to meet sign-up numbers while protecting high customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Able to ask questions and uncover sign-up opportunities
- Clear communicator who explains Fios options with confidence
- Handles questions and objections while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Dependable with customer follow-up and sales responsibilities
- Goal-driven with an interest in customer acquisition and sales performance
Important Details
- Schedule: 40 hours per week + occasional weekends with major holidays off
- Work locations: Sales Associates are required to come to our office and go out assigned territories within the Fairfax, VA area
