Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection, providing knowledgeable advice on merchandise and services
- Process cash transactions accurately, handling cash drawer management and balancing at shift end
- Support retail lending activities by explaining financial products and assisting with loan processing or collections as needed
- Maintain accurate data entry for customer accounts, sales records, and financial transactions using retail software systems
- Conduct retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and cash handling to ensure precise transactions
- Assist in processing cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling, cashiering, and managing the cash register
- Contribute to a positive shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly, and promoting store promotions
Qualifications
- Prior retail store experience or familiarity with retail sales environments preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, retail math calculations, and financial software usage
- Experience with data entry, cash drawer handling, and processing cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus, especially related to retail lending or loan collections
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours as needed
- Familiarity with retail software systems and 10-key typing proficiency is advantageous

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
