Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and product knowledge to provide excellent service and support to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs, focusing on doors, appliances, and electrical items.
- Provide detailed product information, features, and benefits to support customer decisions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Stay updated on new product lines, promotions, and industry trends.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Prior retail or sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic computer and point-of-sale system knowledge.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
