Responsibilities

- Support retail lending activities by explaining financial products and guiding customers through loan processing and loan collections procedures.
- Perform data entry tasks related to sales records, customer information, and financial transactions using retail software and 10 key typing skills.
- Maintain knowledge of retail math principles to handle cash handling efficiently and ensure accurate cash drawer balancing at shift end.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and offering product recommendations aligned with customer needs.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels, processing cash transactions related to sales, and supporting retail store operations.
Experience
- Prior experience in retail sales or retail store environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued.
- Familiarity with banking or financial services enhances ability to explain products such as loans or credit options.
- Basic math skills are essential for accurate cash handling, cash management, and retail math calculations.
- Experience with data entry and familiarity with financial software will support efficient transaction processing.
- Strong customer service skills are necessary to create a welcoming environment and foster lasting relationships with clients.
- Previous exposure to loan processing or collections is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for specific responsibilities.
