Overview
We’re looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Representative to join our Cricket Wireless team. In this role, you’ll engage customers, recommend wireless solutions, and drive sales performance while delivering an exceptional in-store experience. If you’re competitive, customer-focused, and motivated by hitting goals this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and identify their wireless needs through effective discovery
- Present, promote, and sell Cricket Wireless products and services with confidence
- Drive activations, upgrades, accessories, and add-on features to maximize revenue
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets (GAs, upgrades, accessories, etc.)
- Educate customers on plans, features, and promotions to provide the best value
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues quickly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and competitor offerings
- Keep the store clean, organized, and sales-ready at all times
- Support team members and contribute to a positive, winning culture
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred (wireless is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive mindset with a passion for hitting goals and making money
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, CRM tools, MS Office)
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
