Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our new Farmers Insurance Agency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right insurance coverage.
Duties
- Assist customers with their insurance needs and provide excellent customer service
- Develop new customer relationships through phone calls, referrals, networking, and other sales activities
- Explain insurance products and coverage options clearly and professionally
- Prepare insurance quotes and assist customers through the sales process
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet individual and agency sales goals
- Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
- Stay current on Farmers Insurance products, services, and procedures
- Provide a positive and professional experience for every customer
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and in person
- Ability to learn insurance products and industry regulations
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to obtain any required insurance licensing

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
