About This Role
This part-time Sales Associate role is for the festive season (November and December) at the company's store in Kavala. The role suits a passionate salesperson with a love for jewelry, who will provide excellent customer service and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Understand and utilize all product features, enhancing technical and stylistic details, and follow training to stay informed about new releases
- Understand and prioritize customer needs to offer the best possible in-store experience
- Participate effectively in sales activities, using all available online and offline sales tools and channels
- Actively contribute to achieving sales targets according to individual and store goals, which you continuously monitor
- Maintain high and consistent levels of customer service
- Continuously seek feedback from customers using relevant available qualitative surveys
- Manage all customer service-related issues with seriousness, support, and professionalism, especially: complaints, returns, individual orders, etc.
- Promptly seek and know the necessary information for daily work (e.g., day's priority, day's target, important company updates)
- Participate in store organization, ensuring the store and back office are always clean and tidy
- Check products delivered to the store, organize them, and arrange them for display
- Participate in stock control and internal inventory
- Participate in the Visual Merchandising (decoration and presentation) activities of the store
- Maintain confidentiality of any information, especially sensitive data concerning the company, team, and customers
- Support the company's sustainability choices, taking measures to reduce environmental impact and minimize waste
- With the help of the Store Manager, be jointly responsible for your training and continuous updating
Requirements
- Relevant experience in a similar position in fashion, fragrance, or accessories retail companies is desirable, but not essential
- Excellent service orientation
- Ability to work in a team
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Results-oriented and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (computer skills)
- Good knowledge of Greek and English languages
