About the role
Job Description:
Responsible for leading assigned team to deliver overall sales and inventory performance of assigned departments
- Monitor daily store sales to achieve sales targets
- Ensures merchandise availability through daily monitoring and reordering as needed
- Execute monthly promotions of the store
- Maintain availability of stocks by reviewing inventory movement of all product categories
- Maintain Excellent store merchandise displays, compliant to standards and approved store layout.
- Maintains store cleanliness & ensures store selling assets are in working conditions
- Check for damaged & missing items and execute proper action
- Ensures inventory accuracy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (any course)
- With basic knowledge in selling and customer service is a plus
