Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage B2B sales opportunities for air conditioning products, including residential split systems, multi-split systems, PAC, VRF, and related solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, dealers, system integrators, and corporate customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the project pipeline.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, product selections, and technical recommendations based on customer requirements.
- Engage customers to understand project specifications, site conditions, and budget requirements.
- Deliver product presentations, technical clarifications, and solution support to stakeholders.
- Manage the full project lifecycle from enquiry, quotation, and negotiation to order confirmation, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, engineering, logistics, service, and finance) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, project developments, and customer feedback.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, including revenue and profitability objectives.
- Support product launches, marketing activities, dealer events, and training sessions as required.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, customer visit reports, and project updates for management review.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 4–5 years of sales experience in a related industry; experience in HVAC solutions is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential) and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
