Our client MQS Engineering is looking for a Sales and Tender Support Specialist in Lahore
MQS Engineering is looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Sales & Accounts Assistant to support our sales activities and assist the company’s main accountant with routine accounting and administrative tasks.
The position is suitable for a candidate who is comfortable handling both sales-related documentation and basic accounting work and is willing to learn and develop professionally.
The role will also involve following up on quotations and customer inquiries, maintaining accurate sales records, and assisting with tender-related documentation. The candidate will work closely with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth day-to-day sales operations.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 years of relevant experience, good written and verbal communication skills, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Experience in sales support, tendering, procurement, or a technical trading company will be an advantage.
This is a non-managerial support role with an opportunity to develop practical experience in sales, tendering, procurement, and technical trading.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, tenders, purchase orders, invoices, and other sales documents.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers through email and telephone.
- Follow up on quotations, customer inquiries, and orders.
- Maintain proper records of sales inquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Assist in preparing tender and commercial documentation.
- Assist the main accountant with routine accounting and record-keeping tasks.
- Maintain invoices, payment records, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Assist with basic data entry and account reconciliation.
- Perform general administrative and office support tasks.
